House is located in a quiet village Valtura, 8 km away from the most popular destination in Istria, the city of Pula. Nearest local shop is 2 km away, other supermarkets, restaurants, beaches etc. all close by a maximum of 10 minutes' drive.

On the ground floor, you'll find an kitchen, dining room, and a cozy air conditioned living room with a sofa bed for one person and bathroom. The first floor offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV, and air conditioning.
